Fair terms

We aim to make our terms as fair and balanced as possible. We welcome your input so please feel free to contact us if there is something that would like to discuss further.

Method of Payment

All purchased must be made online, via our website. We do not accept cash or telephone bookings.

Refunds and cancellations for Open Access and Courses

Our bookings website has been designed to give you the flexibility to manage your own bookings. Due to the limit on spaces available for the open access and course facilities, we ask you to check your availability carefully before booking. If you have booked a session or class that you can no longer attend you should:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Under Orders, press Cancel Request next to your order

If you cancel 14 days prior to the start date of your booking then we can refund you for your booking straight away. However, if you cancel within the 14 days leading up to the start date of your booking then we can only refund you if we manage to resell your place.

Cancelled sessions or courses will be released back onto the website and any waiting lists will be contacted straight away.

There is no guarantee that it will sell, but if it does, we will issue you with a full refund. We will attempt to process your refund within 48 hours of the session being resold.

If you are cancelling on the day of your open access session or course, I am afraid we are unable to resell therefore a refund is not possible.

Non-attendance

If you are ill or unable to attend part of the workshop, we are not able to offer you a refund, swaps or extra tuition.

Rescheduling

We do not reschedule courses or open access sessions. You must go through the cancellation process if you can no longer attend your session or course.

Attending your Open Access session

The keyholder running the session has a duty to prepare the studio before attendees arrive. Any inductions will be issued via the Technician on duty and we ask you kindly not to arrive for your session too early as there may not be anyone present to open the door until the start time of your session. Please be aware that if you are not present 40 minutes after the session has started, your place may be given to a standby artist.
