Nicola Scott

Nicola Scott is interested in how early experience of landscape, and the seasons, shape understanding of our place in the natural world and inform our identity. Growing up, Nicola found security and magic in the family garden. Her current practice explores this relationship to garden flora and fauna and reflects on the conversations that occur in those spaces. Nicola was introduced to printmaking when studying for an art foundation later in life. Her practice has developed through years of subsequent study at the City Lit and ELP
