Jude Peacock

Jude Peacock’s work focuses on the experiences of becoming who we think we are. Our sense of identity emerges as we negotiate the impingements of bewildering daily experiences. Memories of childhood, plus the detritus of ancestry that influences children’s experiences of themselves and their context, ultimately creates ‘us’, ‘someone’, that creature that both is and has a body. Jude trained in fine art painting at Chelsea College of Art. A background in painting led to an interest in lithography and on to the alchemy of hybrid printmaking processes.
