Flexible, affordable, and a useful addition to any printmaker’s practice, learn about how photolithography has been adopted and adapted by artists, and create your own plate to print on an etching press.
By the end of this course you will have a good understanding of how to expose and develop a positive photolitho plate, and print a small varied edition to take home.
Suitable for those with some printmaking experience, who are prepared to take an experimental approach to making images and marks.
All materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own drawing materials with you. You will receive a welcome letter with recommendations in advance of the course, and notes to take home at the end.
