Focusing on intaglio printmaking techniques - etching, photopolymer and collagraph, Emma takes inspiration from street photography, industrial landscapes and organic abstract forms. Working intricately on small plates, Emma layers different techniques to draw the viewer in to the fine details of her work. She is currently working on a series of etchings based on nostalgic places from throughout her life, and a number of collagraphs based on recent photographs taken in cities at night.
