Jenny Blanchard

Jenny is Hampshire born and studied printed textile design at Winchester School of Art. After practising for some years she relished a change of direction via Printmaking and Painting courses at Morley College and The City Lit Her work continues as an observation of settlement: prints, drawings and paintings consider basic structures, hutches, dens, shacks and tents seen as hazardous, often exposed and perilous, gathering thoughts of home as refuge.
