Art Catcher, ELP and Tower Hamlets Council have joined forces to create a mixed media exhibition about the concept of ‘belonging’ which will have an opening night on the 4th February at The Art Pavilion in Mile End. The exhibition will be opened by Rita Chadha, CEO of the Refugee and Migrants Forum Essex and London (RAMFEL). It should be an eventful evening with dance by Vanessa Downie of Ajos Dance, dished with world food and of course the launch of our much anticipated Box Set 2016 which contains over 60 prints made lovingly by hand by individual artists and printmakers.
There will be several workshops running daily from 12pm – 6pm including ‘Print Your Home’, guided cab tours and a dragon making and performing afternoon. For a schedule of accompanying creative workshops and events, please visit www.artcatcher.co.uk
