Background

Rachel Ramirez lives in Portugal where she produces two and three dimensional works. These are informed by the aquatic life of the Oceans, seas and shorelines, particularly the local Ria Formosa and North Atlantic.

Rachel will be having a solo exhibition 'Dia do Mar' in November 2010 at the Casa 5 Art Gallery, Tavira, Portugal to commemorate the Portuguese National Day of the Sea.
